A quick way to use up leftover baked or instant pot cooked potatoes without heating up the house! 5 minute Honey Sweetened Lemonade

I just can’t justify the amount of sugar most lemonade recipes call for. We prefer a much simpler, quick to mix up lemonade, sweetened with a modest amount of honey,  this way we can enjoy it regularly when the weather is hot! Honey Sweetened Lemonade In a 2qt/half gallon jar, add; 1 cup hot tap water 1/3 c honey 1/2 c lemon (or lime!) juice. Bottled or fresh squeezed, whatever works best for you 1/8 tsp good salt Shake well to dissolve honey, then top up with cold water. Enjoy immediately or store in fridge for later. Seedy Whole-Wheaty Sourdough Sandwich Bread

There’s a bakery where I grew up, that has all sorts of seedy baked goods. To me, nostalgia is a cheese filled twisted seedy breadstick. I just can’t help myself.
